And you want me to post something constructive.

If you read the entire thread you will see people talking about other changes to the cat characters outside of butts. But I expect you to generalize because half of you in here have. I assume everyone who goes "ew" "omg so pervy" attitude is under the age of 16 or someone over the age of 16 who is uncomfortable about the nude body. Which is plan sad if the later is correct.

^ Does have a point there. You even have someone get called a prude because someone called it what it is - It's very, very unlikely this is an issue for some (especially the ones taking it so seriously) that want it bigger for aesthetic purposes, because it'll enhance the game - they want it for more personal reasons.

Half the people agreeing with the OP are females that care about how their character looks. Maybe you can only operate with wanting something to sexual stimulate you but not everyone thinks one way.

I didn't bother making my miqote because she looks so different in 2.0.



Back then I thought my character was fine, was a little on the thin side but it worked for me. It is really gross to look at how flat and awkward their butts are now ; ; I really miss 1.0 graphics and my old character....*sadface*

I miss that perfect back and rear some even thought that was too small but the body shape was perfect for me I really liked the Miquo'te, I still like Miquo'te now but I just wish she looked the same or at least close to the same.

I'm left wondering why this is only about cat butts.

Because the other races have only lost there buts by a little bit, there entire shape hasn't changed only there buts.
The Female Miquo'te had such a larger bump back there that by making it flat it's completely destroyed the side on appearance of the race, the others are still bareible IMO but the Female Miquo'te looks completely different now. The problem is that they have taken far too much away from the Female Miquo'te to the point where it's become an issue for Miquo'te players.

The Female Miquo'te is also a very fan based race and is by nature supposed to be a beautiful race and is supposed to look like a human cat girl in forms of it's body shape and features.
In 2.0 she dose not look as much like a Human shaped Cat Girl anymore because the pelvis tilt was made to match the male which is very weird considering the male sticks his front out VERY FAR. The combination of this and removing the but has made the Females look completely different and abnormal to say the least.

Other races have lost there buts too but at least they maintained there body shapes.

Quite honestly, this thread is not just about the Miqo'te rears. As I understand it, it was just chosen as the primary topic because it's more easily noticed on that model, but all characters have this problem.

Also, I'm offended at the number of people insinuating that the OP, and majority of people who have posted in favor of a change, are paying for a game monthly, just to sit around and look at their virtual ass/boobs all day long.

Seriously, I'd question SE's morals more than the player base's, because they added: Armors that are your typical "fan service" armors that do absolutely nothing for you in 2.0 (They were actually worth wearing in 1.0, so anyone who's looking at Babydoll's picture and thinking "Wow, what a pervert" clearly never played the game back then.), bathing suits that look more like underwear (the original ones anyways), and they gave us something extremely FEW people asked for in 1.0... the boob slider, lol...

I dont remember anyone even asking for the female cat characters to be modified. They totally changed it and removed all the gear that catered to characters who owned tails. Why change something that works is what I'm thinking.

To the people who think people who want their old character back are pervs most likely have not played 1.0. Honestly I came in with an open mind and read the whole OP before making judgement and all I could do is agree with the OP. I am a straight female who just enjoys having the proportions correct for my character because the game direction isnt cartoony like WoW. Its high realistic fantasy. I expect the correct proportions for humaniod characters.

Personally, my aesthetic priorities for my character at present go in the order of: Voice > Hair > Skin > Butt, at least as far as what I would like changed.

Why my voice over pretty much everything else? Because I miss my crazy cat laugh I used to have in 1.0 =p

I miss my Crazy laugh too, I think we must have had the same one. -.-
They could have left those voices in and made new ones, they've catered so much more for there new audience than they have for there old.

I'm not sure if you're quite describing it right. Technically "forward tilt" is what's needed (top of the pelvis tilted forward, this is what allows for proper positioning/angle of the birth canal). Currently, the bottom of the pelvis is pushed forward too far and needs to be shifted back, which make the rear look a little bigger and create a proper curvature in the front lower body area.

Actually your right they need to tilt the top of the pelvis forward and the lower part back, when I said tilt it back I just meant that it looks like it sticks out forward when it should look the opposite for a Female Character.

If they aren't willing to add a bit back to the Female Miquo'te then the very least they could do is give us the illusion it looks better by changing her posture.

Let's put it this way Hina - The fact you can change your breast size has more of an effect on armors than a character model having a big butt.

You do realize loads of armors show plenty of the rear right? Even pants show the new body shape in all it's infamy. We arn't complaining because she doesn't have a big butt, she has no but at all, thats the problem.

EDIT: I will add that the JP community seem to also dislike the tail and have mentioned that also.
