An official translation will come soon, but to sum it up in one sentence, it's basically done for the sake of performance optimization (balancing character detail with the increased variety that comes from the new races, etc.). Oh well :/

This is what happens when a games character creator sucks and you cant even make a character the way you really want. Whats the point of the little options we have if they do nothing to change our characters shapes?

Wish they never made it for the PS3, they should have just waited for the PS4 release. It would have saved time and people would have had less problems with log in and registration procedures. Damn the game is gimped and plagued with memory issues.

Having to compromise the game to cater for the lower end... pathetic. I have always wondered about the lack of shape to the female characters. I always thought it strange how disproportionate the upper body looks towards the lower end. Having appealing female shape is so important. Its not a none issue at all. We need eye candy im sorry to say :/

Will they be able to resolve this issue once DX11 is introduced? When they shift the game to PS4 will they stop with the silly excuses?

Really makes me sick that Square Enix is still about JP players first. Fans should be treated equally no matter which nation they're from. We're always last for everything it seems, and they rarely listen to us. But they sure are happy to take our money.

Kinda expected them to not change anything. They seem to only impliment stuff that benefits them in the long run, things like an AFK timer so they can squeeze even more players on an already crowded server. Which means less spending on more servers. The bust slider really doesn't do much. If you wear a robe you're still almost flat chested even with max bust size, i'm sure the butt slider would have been the same. Also it's not just the cat people, it's ALL of them. I see a lot of mention of just the female cat people(not sure the name), they were mithras from my memory. But they all have a lack of buttage!

Honestly you don't take the time to notice that everyone IS treated equally and all feedback is considered. You sound like a stuck up child who wants everything in the world, can't have it, so complains about not getting what they want when it's right there in front of you.
