[SUGGESTION] Move own debuffs to the front of the list.

Currently debuffs applied to a target have some seemingly random order priority, which causes each particular debuff to constantly be moving around. This coupled with the fact that the green coloring on the timer is SO close to the white color of the rest makes it very hard to manage your debuff timers. I suggest moving all buffs and debuffs applied by the player immediately to the front of their list, so a player will always know where to find them.
