booting idle players

I know that 1017 is giving a lot of people trouble but here is a idea that I thought about. As it says in the title, there should be booting players that are inactive for a amount of time. I highly suggest this because I know friends that have left there computer on at the middle of the night so that they can have a secured spot on there server when they wake back up. lol now I just upseted my friend by doing this. Anyways, I think this would work out more because, with an inactive character means that there not playing and someone else would problably want to take there spot. That is just my idea though, feel free to put in what you guys think of this.

You are not the only one that has thought this or has said something about it.
What I'd like to know is why haven't they?
It would free up the server load for sure till they fix the datacenter issues.

I totally Agree...log-in issues are causing many people to get a sour taste in their mouths.

cause i cant play and my time in game is limited.... also i dont want to pay for a game that i cant play

They should definitely do this. When I do manage to log on I see afk players everywhere. I think if you're afk more than 15 minutes you should be automatically logged out.

here is the thing there is always a loop around the auto log to, a G15 Keyboard using macros to do something while they are not there

Not everyone is going to have a g15 keyboard.

Anyhow if you can't boot idle players at least make a login que timer. I wouldn't even mind if I was thrown on a wait list to login. Rather than try to spam login for 5 minutes straight.

I work all day everyday. I have Saturdays off work(my only day off), at one point I was very excited. Now its just a big disappointment.

I agree too. I mean why have I paid for a game and been locked into one world just to be told that the world is full. Would be nice if I could just change to a different server and continue to play. I know that will not ever happen but it is a nice thought.

My sentiments exactly! I can understand that there are bugs being worked out in the beginning of launch but booting players who clearly have been inactive for a certain amount of time should be a logical conclution and solution for the congested servers! I certainly can deal with this for now that we have 30 days of free play but I will not put up with nor feel we have to pay for service if this issue is not fixed ASAP! Developers, please hear us out!
