Regarding ingame server lag serious issues

I just spent the last 3 hours, not playing this game but trying to help a friend into manipulating which server he would land on (by blocking his current laggy server ip) and it did not work.

If it still isn't resolved by tomorow, i'll try to set up a tunneling program so he can connect to the servers through my computer.

I logged in using HIS account on my computer and got 0 lag. I also ended up on a different server than him.

It seems like it may also be region based.
Aka some regions log into 2-3 specific servers, while someone 100 KM away (like me from my friend) will end up on a different server cluster.

Note : don't confuse a server with a world. 1 world (Hyperion) in my case is using many servers, the guy next to you is in the same world but probably not on the same server)

I am not getting much packet loss from all the faulty adresses people have listed, but i also live literally 1 hour away from the servers.

It's either Server Issue, or some piece of hardware out there is not functionning properly.

If i worked for Square i'd be doing a few phone calls right about now

Yup, the timeouts on my tracert are coming from there aswell.
I guess this is mostly felt on people with more than 100ms.
