    Currently checking all the IPs posted here and all of them seem to get request time outs at the same frequency as mine.
    Tracert also gets request time outs at Quebec, Canada.

    For those who are still having problems, open cmd and type "ping 199.91.189.38 -t" without the quotes, then ping your own ip and the ips of the other people having problems.

    If you get almost no Request Timed out from 199.91.189.38 and you do get them from your own/others that are alleged to be faulty then Square Enix needs to offer us some real explanation about this mess.
