Regarding ingame server lag serious issues

No, a lot of us are in the US. There is a thread that asks for our location/ISPs as well, it's all over the world.

I'm playing on the PS3 and have some of the same lag spikes on the Moogle server, yet they haven't been so extreme to the point of unplayable, just annoying. I always thought I was the only one.

Just failed a timed botanist leve because the lag was so high. It also took the game 2mins and 18 seconds to switch gear set. Pretty much unplayable at the moment.

Same World same issue. I had little noticeable lag prior to yesterdays maintenance, I guess it is something to do with the increased number of players in the world at peak times. The problem is that peak times are mainly when I can play. I cannot interact with items or start combat with any reason to believe I will actually be able finish the action.
