    Look the launch had some issues, major issues, but they are fully aware of it and working to fix it. And yes this cannot be ignored lightly and they should anticipate this earlier. I think what they should do is give everyone another free month as an act of good faith, this will show that they understand we are not happy and is willing to give everyone another chance to play it again, free of charge for 30 additional days. By then another patch will be released, an update in content, and people will have less reasons to not resub since by then the crack already hooked them and they must pay to get another hit
