I say let them die..... that's the only way they learn it.
Although if its a healer, it's a little problematic, as you might end up dying also

Anyway, if they rage quit, you will always find a new(and probably better) team asap, after all.... you do play a tank class = instant dungeons

In some cases thats all you can really do, "let them die". It would be nice if everyone would just hang back to let us tanks do our job, but I can also understand if its a new dungen, you don't know where to go but everyone else does. Lets just hope we all find a good balance soon.
