    How to Contact Square Enix (Excluding EMail)

    I was wondering if there were other methods in contacting Square Enix Customer support. I sent an email out about three days ago and have yet to get a response (Even though I was told it would take up to 2 business days. Sent out the email last Tuesday). I had pre-ordered the CE digital download and now I can't use the code because my my account had 1.0 in it already, so I want to get a refund so I can upgrade the account itself with CE Edition.

    Is there maybe a number or webchat I can use to get in contact with them?

    You can look for their number in your game books. Even if you ordred online if you have any other Squenix titles they will have it in the manual.

    SE does not support a customer service forum like World Of Warcraft does. SE does not update us on things that they know of that are happening. SE has not prepared for this game release. SE has had well over a YEAR to prepare. SE fails. World Of Warcraft has staff that respond to the forum issues.
