I was wondering if there were other methods in contacting Square Enix Customer support. I sent an email out about three days ago and have yet to get a response (Even though I was told it would take up to 2 business days. Sent out the email last Tuesday). I had pre-ordered the CE digital download and now I can't use the code because my my account had 1.0 in it already, so I want to get a refund so I can upgrade the account itself with CE Edition.

Is there maybe a number or webchat I can use to get in contact with them?
