The game isn't "broken" it's quite good, but the servers cant handle the load, we get new data centers next week. It's frustrating to not be able to play, but hopefully they will iron out soon, they are already extending the free trial period.
Sadly being an mmo, the servers are part of the game. I'm not interested in playing this game long term anymore, I just wanted some fun for a couple of weeks before a much better MMO releases it's new content patch.
