    Why did my Legacy get transferred to a japanese server?

    Not sure but I thought I picked a NA server when I started 1.0, but then again maybe they weren't distinguished and I just picked one that sounded cool. /shrug

    All servers were in Japan in 1.0. Your character is on the exact server you created it on still.

    You had a ton of time to transfer your 1.0 Legacy character to a NA server free before launch, you obviously did not bother.

    You will have to wait several weeks before you get another chance to pay to transfer.
