Main Storyline Broke

I finished Duty, Honor, Country as a gladiator and once i skipped the cinematic, I was placed inside the chamber where i received a ring and then exited. Once I exited the chamber, I couldn't find the next part of the quest. Usually you go to the adventurers guild but I'm unable to speak to the main quest giver there. I can't progress without this being fixed.

Go back into the chamber and see if there is a quest for you there.

There is no way to get back in there, i tried talking to the guard but the wall has nothing to click on.

Then you have two options.
Read the journal and see what they said, if they said where to go next for example.
Continue with normal quests. Might be you need to do some to unlock more.

Well, on a JP server I lvled an arcanist to 17 and got past this point-I know what is supposed to happen. I'm lvl 17-I'm the right lvl in the right place. The problem is that somethin glitched and i didnt get an item or i was allowed to leave before i got the next part of the quest and i cant get back in...its a bug.

I mean, is it possible to get the quest reset or something? I can't move on and its not out of stupidity or my own error. I don't know what to do.

I had the same problem while leveling my arcanist, ended up restarting the game and it fixed itself.
