Just tried it for the first time and failed cuz we kept on getting wiped at the part when she spawns her copies the 2nd time. Apart from not getting hit by her whirlwind before the spawn, any suggestions on how to get past that part?

save limit 3 for that phase should help a lot

tank garuda right up against the wall and northern tornado, off tank pick up 2 adds bring them to oposite side, raid stand betwen the 2, out of range of AOEs, use mage lvl 2 LB on the adds( you won't have lvl 3 by the 1st set of adds ), same kind of strat when she spawns the 2nd inside the eye of the storm, just tank them facing away from raid and nuke them down quickly with LB, you will have rank 1 possibly 2 available to use here. for the 3rd set of adds, its the same as the 1st set, garuda in 1 corner next to a tornado, adds in the other, don't think we had a LB to use on this one, just nuke the 1 that gives healing to garuda 1st(green beam) as its quite a potent regen, and prolonging the fight is bad, as 1 or 2 mistakes can ruin 20m hard work.

Thanks, so far the furthest I've got was the 3rd set but we had to use LB on the 2nd set cuz we kept on dying there. Seems like positioning is very important for the healers and tanks at the stage.

yes its all about positioning and awareness, tank needs to be on the ball, healers and ranged dps must be awake and ready to move out of the way, and every1 in raid must be knowing of each phase of fight b4 it comes as theres not much room to mess up once the tornados land, you'll get trapped and die.

Whoever you heard the rumor from, tell them to do more research. You still can. Every primals will drop 1 weapon (n/g/p) and tokens.
