To people coming from EA that sudendly cant play

To all of you from EA before panicing try to read the guide on the website!Early acess and real acess the game starting today are 2 diferent things....EA was only about 5 or 6 days...like a gift for pre ordering the game or coming from 1.0.Starting today all of you need to register a 20 digits product key that comes with the game*except:

1. People o already had register this code on mogstation for windows and psn redeem codes for ps3
2. People that called legacy players from 1.0 which have played x months...because they're getting a free copy for windows
3. People who bought the game on psn that dont need the code.(this versions have a problem so you cant play...we're wainting for fix)
4. People who received wrong zone or invalid codes (for this you can try call sony support maybe they'll help..or just wait.it's sad i know

Everyone who bough the game from SE shop visit this site www.findmyorder.com the instructions (i think its only for NA but you can try).you code is there or in you spam folder.
If not...contact se from se support...

For people with pyshical copies just open the box and search.After you get the code go to mogstation (for windows) and register....Or redeem your code on psn (for ps3) and acess mogstation from xmb internet browser and add plataform.

Many people are having problems with game...
But the truth is that some just*dont take one minute to look or read*Hope this help someone.

As far as i know People coming from 1.0 using their old account*doesnt get*30 "free" days...i dont know why but you can search its a known situation. If you use a new account youll get the 30 they but you can use your characters or items.


I'm not trying to be mean i cant play too i didnt had acess to EA but i searched before became frustrated xD and i'm in this forum waiting since 27th not for a couple of hours xD

If this any of this doesnt help or solve your problem feel free to make questions i'll try to help like other players will.if something is wrong i'm sorry i'm not perfect.

Technically he's not wrong either, all it involves is reactivate subscription. No need to buy ARR game.

Its correct...EA was only till 30 august the rest of the days are an offer for players coming from 1.0 but you have to buy the game unless you re a legacy player.

I apologize for saying #2 was incorrect. What I should have said was that your list of exceptions was incomplete.

It's also not only v1.0 legacy players that should still be able to play right now past early access, but *ALL* v1.0 players who registered before Sept. 29, 2012. All v 1.0 players should be able to play, for free, until Sept. 9th. Today, as I'm sure you know, is only Aug. 30th.

yes your brilliant answer for people with physical copies of the game was to look inside the box and actually read. well the problem is instead of the reg code activating the current account you have been playing it is instead creating a new service account and deactivating your current service account with no way of undoing the process.
