    Link for refund?

    I've looked all over but can't find how to get in touch with customer service for a refund. The best answer I have received so far is "open a ticket with customer service", but I can't even find where to do that.

    Does anyone have a URL for the place where I can either talk to someone or submit a ticket for a refund?
