Account changed to "Inactive" ! Cant login

Hello , today i tryd to login to the game and i was redirected to a window to re-enter my 20 number purchase code that i already redeemed , so obusly when i re-enter it gives says its already registerd and if its worst my square inix account have been changed to "Inactive" , when its been alrady activated and playd during beta4 , eary a. and the following launch days , but now 30 august im afraid i will lose my characters progress , the money i use to buy a CE pc digital game and more important the time i put on it , i already send several tickets on the square enix support center , but still 5 days passed no response at all , i tryd calling and using the chat support and nothing worked , the only response i got was a Bot e-mail about nothing related to my problem.
Still waiting for a resonable response for my issue .
