    How do I get my new key if I bought the digital copy?

    Guys I'm really lost

    I checked my email for the weird email that was mentioned and I have no such thing
    I went to check my order history and it only says I have the EA key

    Was I kicked from the game, or did they take my money and just forget to give me the product?

    This is my third post on the topic so I'm sorry about that, I just really want to get back into the game, I went up 20 levels and I'd like to hit 30 sometime soon.

    Same issue, no emails, the digital river thing has no code, the game IS registered on my square-enix account though. The mog station thing people say to use doesn't work, this just sucks
