Same on Moogle. Posted a thread about it a little while ago.
Must be another US/EU issue when the weekend comes creeping up on us. Why am I not surprised?
Once more into the fray. Into the last good fight I'll ever know. Live and die on this day. Live and die on this day.
Same issue for me and alot of other people in my FC.
We're playing on Ragnarok EU
Norwegian gamer here as well.
However, it doesn't matter how fast your connection is. It's the pipeline connecting players to their network in Canada which is overloaded.
Grouping EU and NA have never worked in any way for any game who's tried it. It worked horribly for The Secret World as well.
Just imagine how it'll be like in a couple months time when more and more gamers have started playing from both the EU and NA... It's gonna be unplayable until they relocate the EU servers.
I seriously am fed up with game developers and producers not learning from mistakes other developers and producers have made with other games in the past to avoid the same crap with their own titles... Thinking that their solution will be the best ever, yet it's the same as others have used and failed with in the past. Brilliant, right!?
Known ISP issue. Check this sticky thread:

As you can see many with Canal Digital has the same problem. (Me included.)
In the meantime it can be worked around by using a VPN. Worked for me.
