Regarding the Desperate Need for a Server Merger

Since the implementation of the search function and patch 1.20 it has become evident that Karnak is in need of a merger with one or more of the other unpopulated servers. You'd think that after a patch there would be many players online, but this has not been the case and it will only be getting worse in the following month when fees become active. I'm staying and paying for this game and I know there are others as well, but we need people to play with.

I've done searches various times and noticed that if we are lucky we have 200 players online, but we usually fall short of that around 140-150 players. Of these players many are Japanese, I'd say about 60 are English players when narrowing the scope of the search. I've had Linkshells with more people than this, let alone a world.

I'm not making this topic as a means to complain, but simply as a cry to SquareEnix. Please let those of us that are staying and paying for this game to at least have a good amount of players to enjoy the game with.

Karnak has an appalling low population at any given time a server merge will be necessary once P2P starts
on the times i can get on nowadays there is so very little activity its almost painful and there is no way im gonna re roll on another server.

I agree as well. We need people to play and enjoy content and sadly our Karnak world is shrinking. Hopefully soon (or a few days after billing starts, if they plan to wait and see until then how the numbers are.) SE will realize a merge is needed for low population servers like us.

Totally agree, normally there is 40-50 players speak english it is sad.
I hope with payment at least SE think it.

Ul'dah is like a ghost town most of the time now, there like 15 or less people there at any given time, and I hardly ever see another soul while I'm out and about definitely need a merge
