Two Things Lost in First Dungeon

I did the first instanced Dungeon in Limsa Lomisa Sastasha Seagrot, yesterday and it finally succeeded, was hard work..but glad to get past it but..

twice all of my actions on the first action bar disappeared. Once when i has just registered and was waiting in line, and then when i did finally get INTO a group and we entered, lo and behold all of the hot key selections on Bar 1 were gone poof. I did nothing, didnt change anything all i had done was chat with the group twice. I had to hurry and replace them all

then, all of the items i won, in the rolls, for the chests just disappeared. didnt show up in my inventory at all.

anyone else have either of these?

I was playing as a Tank, Level 18, on the Kujata Server. My system works fine with the game, it is an XP SP3 set up with an Nivdia 9600 GT card, and 3 GB of RAM, 2.6 Ghx with over 11 GB free space on HD. No other major problems to report, and these were surmountable but was strange to have the action hot key action selections all vanish TWICE for no reason,..unless i pushed some button without knowing it. Dont think i did.

Steps:
1. First time was in line for dungeon before grouped
2. Second time same dungeon about an hour later, IN group. All Hot keys of Bar 1 disappeared again.
3. Loot won twice did not show up in inventory.

the immediate fix for this is to check your hot bar and reload Skills if need be. Not sure what is up about the lost items, but one of them did appear finally. So it may be user error in fact.

Not too sure about the Skills on your hotbar, but did you check your Armory Chest for the gear? By default, gear goes directly to your Armory Chest and not to your inventory.

Yes i did... use the Armoury Chest all the time. I think i was confused about the proceedure and thought I had won when in fact i had just asked for items that no one else said they wanted but it looks like someone did anyway, the skills was the main thing to report, it did happen twice...and no clue as to why. I am quite sure my bar was locked at the time, no reason to unlock it just before battle. And it was strange to see them ALL gone all at once. Fortunatley the team was patient and waited for me very nicely. We made it thru tho it was a tough fight at times. thanks for the reply.
