Where did you buy it? And did you try using email and credit card number instead of order number?

I bought it directly from Square Enix. I did also try the e-mail and credit card digits but it gives me an error saying 'The order number was not found'.

I had that same error and checked back another day and was able to check my order with order# cc#

Now that it's released, if you're having problem getting in I would contact support and see if that helps.
I hope you'll be able to get in.
