    I need help with the Scent of Cinnamon Quest

    I'm stuck on the part where it says "Collect a sack of gil from Zozoru." I'm at the area he's supposed to be at but he's not here. He's not above or underground because there are no cliffs or tunnels. Frankly, I'm baffled...
