Product Key Instructions -- Amazon Customers

If you are like me, you received only one e-mail from Amazon with a key and that was for early access. If you tried logging in today and put this key in, it says it's already in use. Here are steps to retrieve your new product key for Amazon customers.

1. Login to Amazon (www.amazon.com)
2. Mouse over "Your Account" in the top right of your screen.
3. Click "Your Games and Software Library" in the list.
4. Below your FFXIV purchase you will see a yellow button that says "product key" or "activation key." Click this and your product key will appear.
5. Enter this code into the FFXIV client.
6. Boom you're in.
