Registration Code

So I finally received my early access and preorder code and I have been playing for the last three days. This morning I go to log on and the game is telling me now I need another code? I am using the same account as I have been. What other code do I need and no I have not received my physical copy in the mail yet for some reason either.

Does anyone know the customer support number, I do not care about wait times, I can not seem to find it on any of these damn support pages they have.

Same issue, it now wants the 20 digit code again, and I ALREADY USED IT for the EA. I have no other emails with any other new codes. And i got the digital version so I have no box.

you need the OFFICIAL game key the comes with the game

you need to wait for your physical copy use the code in the box

I've got the case but still when I Go to register the game it asks for a 20 digit code! I don't have that

I bought the game and got a Digital rights code but its only 18 digits and letters not 20. Ive tried to register that but I am honestly about to just process my return and go pick one up at my local gamestop.

This company are a disgrace, ive paid £35 and I didn't get what I paid for, I contact customer support and I finally get a reply that they have cancelled my ticket because they are too busy.

This morning got up at 6am.. tried to log in and received a new a screen informing me of new:

Set up square Enix Account
Re-enter my registration code.

I logged in to my already existing account...
I re-entered my registration code...and !!!!!!
It says it already Exists.........

So i am stuck and cannot log in.....

I called 310 846-0400

I talked to a girl and she moved me to tech suppoprt.......I spent 45 min on hold....

Cant do anything....cant contact anyone......cant resolve the issue and play the game.....Arghhhh
