The conjurer's limit break 1 is Healing Wind while Conjurer's limit break 2 is Breathof the Earth which are both Aerith's limit breaks in FF7.
BTW the chat options don't just reference cloud and Tifa, they mention Aerith as well.
"Sin" (from FFX) is referenced with the first cutscene involving the Garlean preparations when you first board the airship to the other city-states.

Really? I remember the seen, but if he used the word "Sin" are you sure he was referencing Sin from FFX? I think he was using it as a regular term.
