    I was able to grab that quest at like level 34 or 35 even though I'm not able to go in... so maybe you skipped a part of your questline? Did you clear the 2nd trial(forgot name)? Completed your class quests? Just suggesting random stuff

    is it possible that i cant get the quset now because i didnt start it at the recommended level and am now too high to get it?
