Need clarification (Amazon purchase issue)

It seems a lot of people have had their amazon purchase canceled. We all played through early access only to be cut off with NO way to receive a retail code.

So SE decided to cut digital purchases, which canceled our PREORDER (what was the point?) after EA ended?

So i need to buy a physical copy (which I can't, digital is my ONLY option) or wait it out and purchase the game again?

What was the point of pre ordering this game? Can I get this fixed today? Tomorrow? Can i get in w/o purchasing a hard copy? I hate bitching, but this all feels so shady and it's not fair to people who got the digital copy.

Bump. I'm in the exact same boat, except I found a hard copy and even THAT isn't working.

I see. I was wondering if I could just buy a hard copy and use that code, but I suppose I'l wait it out till there is more info.

I haven't tried, but we are talking about using a hard copy code for the people who have the client from the digital download but have had their order cancelled and cannot receive a new code from amazon.

Will this work? I don't want to buy a hard copy to find i need to actually install it, because my laptop cannot read discs at the moment

When I use the registration code in both the Mogstation and the game client itself, I get a message saying the code is invalid.

I know there have been some issues with hard copies coming with registration codes for completely different servers, so I'm more than a little concerned about our idea for a workaround needing another workaround.

The mobile site isn't letting me edit posts, but I don't think we need to necessarily delete our existing installation stuff from the digital download and download the 'hard copy' version of the game to get around it. I figure we'd get to the same conclusion, but after an hour-long install process.
