    Closed service ticket, but which one? Unable to log into game now due to no support.

    I recently received an e-mail saying that due to too many people having issues with early access, my support ticket was canceled, however I was never told which one. I had used the form in the support center for registering my Collector's Edition game to a new service account on accident, but haven't heard back yet, nor do I know if that was the support ticket that was canceled.

    Just looking for some help since I was kicked mid dungeon without any warning since the early access time has finally ran out and have yet to hear any sort of response.

    I was kicked during a FATE, but have the exact same issue otherwise. Also, when I first submitted the ticket, it said it could take up to 2 weeks, but then they close it after 2 days because there's basically so many tickets they don't want to do them? that makes the sense not.

    2 hours later in chat it disconnects because there is nobody available. Guess it is pointless to even try and get some assistance now that it's the weekend.
