Digital Download Onlyrecieved Early Acess and no REG code, cannot play

I have no email in my spam or anywhere else. Im not stupid and those 3 numbers i listed only 1 the early access code has 20 digits, the other 2 have 18.

But you literally copy and pasted the serial number line, try that code. I'm telling you that's the one it should be, it's not your EA code.

Yea only my EA code shows in that site, like others i have the 20 digit key that ONLY worked for EA, not working now. And the other code in the email in 18 digits.

The EA code shouldn't be ont there at all. It should have 2 codes on the top, an unlock code (18 digits) and a serial number(20 digits). Then one on the bottom that's a serial number (18 digits). That's how mine is set up. Did you buy a physical copy?

If the Digital river site is truly only showing one code and you checked to make sure it was indeed not your serial key and instead you EA key then you need to contact SE because it seems you may have had the purchase halted when they stopped purchases a couple days back.

so mine just worked finally, did nothing special it just went through finally. sorry i don't have a better solution for others.

Oh don't you just love it when you ask tech support to solve a problem for you and they ask you to show them what's happening and all of a sudden it doesn't happen anymore.

Then yeah, I would say that it the most likely answer, if they haven't even charged you yet.

I pre-ordered from Amazon.com and did get my early access code. I registered and have been playing early access. My physical order of the Collector's Edition box looks like it won't arrive until tomorrow or Tuesday (due to holiday Monday). If I have to use another product code, I guess I have to wait until I receive the physical box in the mail??

If so, that royally sucks. I wish I had known that sooner, or else I would have had the box sent to me 2-day or overnight.

Anyone else order from Amazon, but no box delivered yet? Guess we're stuck?

ok i found something that may have worked. im still kinda confused on it but it let me log in so im not complaining yet....YET!

I order'd from square's website directly and used the link below to find some info on my order, there was a 20 digit code there that did not work when i tried putting it into my launcher when it asked for it,

Instead i was clicking around and ended up at the mog station

i clicked add platform and put the code in there and it accepted it, not sure if it will work for everyone but it worked for me.

Hope this helps some people at least!

Ps: im a total noob to final fantasy online so i didnt know the mog station even existed >.>; still odd that my code was fine there but was bad everywhere else
