Digital Download Onlyrecieved Early Acess and no REG code, cannot play

I purchased digital download and entered the early access code in order to play today. Well that didnt help. I now have a level 21 PUG that i cannot play due to FFB failing to send me the REG code for official play. Its not in my email or spam so pls don't tell me to look there. I am officially screwed so how do I get the code i payed for?!?!?!?!???

If you have your order number you can request the code, otherwise you and I are in the same boat (I never got an email with my order number)

In your original receipt email you should have a link that says "check my order" ect. to enter your email and last 5 digits of CC. I believe product code is there as well.

If you preordered the game in the last week you are up shit's creek without a paddle. Unless you can show in a CC statement or Bank statement they took your money. I had the same thing happen to me and I showed in my bank statement until this morning that it was a pending transfer. This morning it showed that the money was not withdrawn and the transaction was canceled on Square-enix side. So now I have my account inactive until I get an account. I wanted the Digital CE version and I cannot get it.

Download the FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn PC Digital Download file.

Double click the “ffxivsetup.exe” file and select the appropriate region and language settings.

Please note that this will also set the in-game language, but you can change this setting at any time within the FFXIV: ARR launcher program.

Ensure that you have at least 20 GB of free space available on your hard disk drive.

A User Account Control prompt may be displayed for Windows Vista® and Windows® 7 users. Select Yes to proceed with the installation.

Please launch the installer as a user with administrator rights. Windows Vista® and Windows® 7 users may be prompted for an administrator password.

Follow the on-screen instructions to install the FFXIV: ARR launcher onto your hard drive.

After you have successfully installed the launcher, run the program to check for any updates and proceed to register FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.

Follow the onscreen instructions and carefully read through and accept the FFXIV: ARR Software License Agreement, Square Enix Account Agreement, and the FFXIV: ARR User Agreement.

Please note that a Square Enix Account is required to play FFXIV:ARR. If you do not possess a Square Enix Account, you will be asked to register one at this time. If you already have a Square Enix Account, you do not need to register a separate one and may proceed to sign in with your current Square Enix Account. When requested, please enter the product registration code to complete the initial registration process.

To begin playing, enter your Square Enix Account username and password and select Log In.

After logging in, the launcher will check for the latest game data. If necessary, the latest files will be downloaded from the network, and the game will be updated to the most recent version. This process is automatic, and can take anywhere from several minutes to several hours to complete. The estimated time remaining will be displayed under the download progress bar.

Once the game has been updated, the Play button will be displayed. Click this button to start the game.

I got an email around when early access started saying that my pre-ordered game was available, and it came with links on how to set up the early access. Below that I found the code for the game under Digital Rights.

The serial key that you seem to think is an EA isn't, it's your actual key. That's how mine was, did you actually try it, it may look the same but it's not. The EA key in in a separate section further down that page.
