Quests for 47+

As the title suggests, are there any quests for levels 47+? I'm currently 48 and I'd rather not just FATE grind to 50...

I'm not up that far, but is there no leve's for lv 45? I could of sworn I walked into a high level area that had leve's. I'm not 100% though. Also another note, your worried about what its like from 48-50? Imagine what it might be like from 1-50 on your next class!

There appears to be a HUGE gap between 46-50 for quests, your hunting log doesn't even cover that gap.
After Yoshi-P stated that you'd be able to get to 50 doing the story-line alone I can see that wasn't exactly the case now.

Dungeon/Fate grinding is the only solution really.

You'll be dungeon/fate/hunting log grinding basically every other class you want to get 50, so may as well get used to it.

I'm pretty sure he meant that you are able to solo the story-line until level 50... which is true.

Unfortunately, dungeons are horrible experience even if you're at the dungeon's current level. Level syncing down is only going to make it worse...

Check the Waking Sands past Horizon. Around 47ish, quests appear there outside for dungeon unlocks and inside (which won't show up on the map since the Waking Sands is its own area, technically). Also, check out Bluefrog, Aleport and Mor Dhona as I remember a few scattered quests in those areas. Probably best to do what you need to do to reach 50 before taking on Garuda since the gap between main scenario missions is wide (as in Garuda is level 44 and the next main quest is something like 48 or 49) and it would probably be more of a benefit to have higher level gear synched down to 44 for that fight than level 35ish gear because if there is one thing i can say for certain, despite the ease of 1-40? Garuda will probably make you rip out your own teeth unless you have a freaking stellar dream team.

Check out western la noscea.. there are some lv 48 quests in that area near the sahagin base.

Go to the Waking Sands, the room off to the side. You'll unlock 3 or 4 quest series there. Not enough to get you to 50, but it still a good chunk of EXP.

Bluefrog has a few quests, been doing them with my 46 MNK. The leve's are for low 40's though which since most monsters agro its a little difficult if you are actually 40. Plenty of Fates to but its a slow process with exp gain in this area after the quests.
