Launcher is requiring I register.. even though I already registered for early access

If the 1.0 code I bought from SE a year ago (delivered via digital river e-mail) says that it is already registered, then can I assume it was assigned to my defunct service account #1? The service account that currently says active is #2?

I am in a similar boat but unfortunately ordered a physical copy from Amazon that will not arrive until September 6 (ish). Also submitted a ticket but am doubtful that there is anything that can be done aside from waiting for the physical copy to arrive.

Thought I read they were going to extend the EA access period due to log in issues but apparently that didn't happen?

I believe they were looking into extending the free time period you get with the purchase of the game (ie: 30 days) not the early access.

TO FIX THIS: you need to registrer the "Digital Rights" a code similar to the "early acces code" how came with the mail how says "Product Now Available"
