Raid videos from all other games weren't just recorded footage with a fancy intro. They were pieces of entertainment, with music selected from the real world to reflect the person being filmed, their character, even the raid instance/boss.

It seems I won't be making any videos for my company as I planned then. It'll just be down to screenshots of things. I mean really Square, we KNOW it's your game. You don't need a trademark on every little thing in my opinion.
Not being able to put your music that "represents" your identity or the identity of your company really a deal breaker? It is just a game we are recording, I do editing for film for a living and I would never touch the original score for fear of hurting the integrity of the film. Now I do understand the difference in editing a film and recording a game video, and don't get me wrong I actually watch a lot of boss runs to help strategies, but does slapping a song on a video that 9/10 times only you like worth Making videos? I mean the fun is in the editing.
