However, as many of you have already noticed there is a discrepancy in the actual text of the updated license, which is creating a bit of confusion. Please know that this is only a typo and we are working on having this text corrected.

"Working on" having it corrected? Send me the FTP info for the site and I could fix it for you in less than a minute for free. Since when is this something that requires "work"? Also, these rules are legally unenforceable as long as a video sticks to the fair use rules. They're ridiculously restrictive and I'm strongly considering simply ignoring them all except for the part about the trademark notice. Will you guys be petty enough to ban my game account when the DMCA takedown is inevitably overturned? I'm 100% certain the videos I'm planning to make are legally untouchable, but that doesn't mean you guys won't decide to be childish and revenge-ban me. What's your policy regarding this?

SE is quick to reply when they fear anyone but them is making money. I've yet to see a dev giving regular updates about servers or any of the other literally broken matters of this game.
