I ran the launcher just now and after typing my password and hitting log in it went back to the register a new account screen ( I already did so can't again) tried to log in on the website and it says I can not because I need to create a character first well I already have a level 32 Paladin where did he go?

So my character seems to be gone, and I can't log in because it wants a reg code I already entered. What can I do?
