To clarify I ordered my first pre-order collector's edition from Square Enix digital download store. When Square did not send me correct codes for early access I bought a pre-order digital download off of Amazon on the 26th (also a collector's edition).

The Amazon codes let me play and gave me the pre-order items but not the collector's edition items. Square Enix never sent me working codes to play the game at all.

I opened tickets but they were all closed out after 48 hours with no resolution, with the exception of one where it was closed saying live service had resolved the issue. I found that hysterical since I never spoke to or had a live-chat with ANYONE from Square, and in fact have been trying to contact them numerous times a day for help.

I understand that they are overloaded at the moment but I need assistance and can't seem to get any. I was more hoping for a different number than 858-790-7529 or a response with an e-mail contact telling me how to fix the situation, or alternatively obtain a live chat about the issue since that feature is currently unavailable to me.
