When did you purchase your collectors edition from Amazon? It seems that people are noticing their copies of the game (physical) are being returned without the consumers consent. I believe Square Enix is temporarily putting the items on hold until the congestion is resolved.

I would recommend directly talking to Amazon to see the status of your order first.
