I haven't finished the story quest personally, but after hearing a few people in my linkshells talk about entry for hard mode primals, I'm extremely disappointed. To my knowledge, there are no items required for entry anymore, i.e. inferno tapers, unmarked keystones, vortex headdresses. On top of this, we can queue for hard mode primals with the duty finder, even though a recent interview with Yoshi-P at Gamescom may have lead us to believe otherwise.

Does anyone else find this concerning? I could stomach the story mode primals being accessible through the duty finder, since you really don't personally have to do them more than once. Hard mode is a different story though. Primals are very big chunk of endgame and if 1.0 is any indication, people will be running them constantly for drops to advance onto other content.

Since the introduction of the duty finder in Phase 3, I tried really hard to convince myself that this game wouldn't be reduced to what people might consider a "hub game", which, it isn't for the most part. But you have to admit, people sitting in town all day queue'ing up and being whisked away to endgame content is silly.
