No valid service account...

I just got this message when trying to log in on my PS3 bearing in mind I bought the Digital CE from the PSN store 5 days ago!

No valid service account is available to play Finaly Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn
In order to play i must buy the game....

Uhm hello I already bought the god damn game 5 days ago. But its saying i havn't, plus i havn't got my CE items... I can't even set up my subscription because apparently I havn't bought the game lol :-S

They finally started the actual release process. Follow the instructions in the manual that came with the game:

Logout to the PS3 XMB. Network > Account Management > Enter Code

Enter the code in the instruction manual, and let it do its thing. Decline the download because you already have the client, and you don't want to waste time downloading and updating again. Start the game, and try to login. You will be prompted to link your account again (one last time hopefully). Then you can play.

And by play I mean stare at the 1017 for the next few hours.

There are two codes you should have received. The first is your early access code from the pre-order along with two items, and the other is your CE registration code that needs to added into your account to receive the CE items + 30 extra days of gameplay.

Check your e-mail and see if you have any new e-mails regarding your CE code.

i entered my code on psn redeem code it created a second account.. now cant play because my pre-release is on service account 1 why it create a new one..? have service ticket out

Yeah I'm not sure about the digital copy then. I assumed the code for EA would show up, and then the release could would too. But I've been hearing enough tales of lost or non-existent codes from the digital copies.
