    letting summoner pet auto attack

Should I really be controlling my pets attacks as summoner while I wait for Aetherflow cool down to use Fester?

Right now I just summon my pet and let them auto attack while I am waiting for the cool down and just keep up DOT's while using ruin/ruin2. I think I lose DPS if I control my pet. Anyone can confirm this?

I rarely control my pet. Only use Sic every now and then.

Ok I was just wondering. I didnt see the point in controlling them... unless changing targets.

I will use obey in situations where there is a risk of hitting enemies I shouldn't, such as strong but non-aggressive mobs that spawn around quest monsters. Also, all obey does is cause your summon to refrain from using special abilities until you tell it to, as it still will auto attack.
