How do I get my digital code?

Okay so my pre registration code is no longer active and I need to know how to get my new code

I already tried
- looking for the shady email in my spam folder, it doesn't exist
- going to store.na.square-enix.com/orders , for some reason my email isn't working
- I tried to find an email with an order number, I never received one
- Contacting customer support, they just disconnected me as soon as I contacted them

Any idea how i'm going to get my code?

The same place as to where you receive your Early Access code is where the order number is located as well. When you pre-order the game, the e-mail comes with your early access code along with an order number.

You said you haven't received your order number or any e-mail, but where did you get your early access code from?

Is this for a pre-ordered game through SE site or from another distributor online?

if you ordered through SE there will be a link in the email with pre-order code thats says something along the lines of find my order go to that link with order # and your product code will be there...tooks me a bit to figure it out

No It's not there, I never received the email to begin with, at anyrate until I receive my code, I've been literally robbed.
Thanks for trying guys, but I have a nack for getting unique problems, I just need to wait for that email I sent to get a reply, or for someone to
not disconnect me as soon as I contact them.
