Physical Copy Registration Code Doesn't Work

So I am 99% sure I am inputting the correct code that is found inside the Physical DVD box that I received from amazon a few days ago. However, it keeps giving me the "The entered code is invalid." dialogue.

Should I just call amazon, get my money back and go into a store, and get another physical copy?

I don't have mine in front of me to check where, but there's TWO codes inside the gamebox. One is for the Square Enix members site (which you can pretty much ignore unless it's of interest to you), the other is the code you need for the actual game/service.

yeah.. I got two codes and put the correct one in. The member's site one doesn't fit so I'm pretty sure :P

I'm in a pretty similar situation...Amazon cancelled my digital order, because they suck haha...so I couldn't get the email with the new code everyone's been talking about. I was fortunate enough to find a physical copy of the game, but the code I'm putting in is apparently invalid.

Needless to say, I'm following your thread to see if we get any replies...I have to work so I can't be on a two hour phone call with support, especially if I'm gonna be disconnected like other people have.

Did you put the code in Mogstation? I think it wouldn't work it you put it on the launcher...

My husband got his digital CE and he put it on Mogstation and it worked.
I pre-ordered the physical CE but it still haven't arrives yet.
I hope mine will work when I got it ((

Yeah I tried both methods too. I called amazon and they're sending me a new one and it should arrive tomorrow. Hopefully that one works. I was hoping I was the only one with this problem and just got a bad physical copy hah.
