    I've checked but mostly it just states that something that sounds similar to what is happening to me is happening on japanese servers but doesn't state NA/EU server. I have reported it to customer services if it is a bug that is affecting other server but so far no word and no fix. Fingers crossed for a fix.

    There are a few of us having the same issues....... although we are getting error codes so you are not alone on the disconnect issues...
