So, I was one of the several people who messed up in the EA registration, and linked the pre-order code to the wrong FFXIV Service Account. I have two service accounts because the first one was made for Phase 2 beta, and the second one created itself with Phase 3 when I got PS3 beta activated (wanted to test PS3 as well). Finally, during Phase 4 / Open Beta, I created my "final" character in the FFXIV Service Account 2. So when I registered the EA pre-order code, I couldn't remember if I had used Account 1 or 2, and chose 1 mistakenly. Amazingly, there was no real way for me to check which account had my "final" character. At some point, SE said that to check that we could use the "old lodestone", which didn't seem to help me at all because it showed nothing (something to do with the fact that that only worked for Legacy accounts, w/e).

So now, I haven't been able to play. I made a support ticket for them to switch my pre-order code to FFXIV Service Account 2, but have yet to receive an email/response from them. EA is over, I know. I just want my character to receive the pre-order bonuses.

So now, onto the real question (sorry, felt like a little previous/background info might help). I received the real or "full-game code" as I mentioned in the title, on August 27th in my email (yes, this was a PC digital download order and btw this new code begins with R4WU...

Can I register this full-game code to my FFXIV Service Account 2 (which still has my character according to the Mog Station) and can I at least play for the time being? And will they be able to transfer the pre-order bonuses at a later time?

Seems like I won't be getting an answer soon from the SE customer support and all I wanna do right now is at least play... Pathetic really, they really need to sort their stuff out, but oh well, no sense in complaining about that right now; I acknowledge it was my mistake in the first place to register the pre-order code to the wrong account (even though, SE does hold some blame due to their ridiculous account management system).
