todays overflow of users smashing the game

i logged on this morning at around 8 o'clock am aussie time and iv been playing till around now 6pm i had a few break in between and stayed logged on cause of the full servers, my friends got the boot i was lucky not to woot i can catch up abit,
My main concern is im a non legacy member on a legacy server and i don't want to lose my toon period, i just unlocked all crafts, if i get split from the server im on and cant play with my friends and my toon gets wiped im ever going to turn the game bak on and im going to tell as many people as i can not to play this game.... now i love this game even tho i have only played around 10 hours of it. i dont want to have to slag this game for the rest of its life.

can a admin or mod confirm to me that i wont be moved off my server or lose my toon?

You won't lose your character, there is nothing to worry about.

unless your botting or doing something illegal there shouldnt be anything to worry about so i dont understand the issue?

beside the losing of the character which has been answered, will non legacy members get moved off legacy servers? was there supposed to be a segregation?

Non-legacy is allowed on Legacy servers. There has been no hint whatsoever that non-legacy will be moved or deleted.

Well it's a good thing then that their fixing severs, adding more worlds and since Yoshida is so awesome he's adding a extra few free days.

Cool i like it, i had trouble at 1st unsubscribing to my 11 account cause of high demand, so the extra couple of days helps make up for that thanks Yoshi
