Consistant crashing in Black Shroud and Gridania

It seems every 5 mins i crash whilst running around or even entering / leaving the city i crash multiple times Im fully updated graphics wise and i have no problems anywhere else.
Does anyone else have similar problems i know for a fact that many in my ls also suffer from the same problems so it isn't just me.

Same here. I crashed most often near the Adventurers' Guild. I guess it's the heavy load of something, but it's still really unusual compared to the other two regions.

Same here, I have issues in the slope down to the Adventurer's Guild.

Not sure if this will help you guys. I run a Ge Force GT 240. Same issue as the rest of you with crashing in Gridania areas. In the game config I set everything to standard and turned shadow detail to lowest. I also put Multisampling on 2x MSAA. Turning on the multisampling completely stopped my crashing. There is a noticable slight "glitching" as you run through some areas but I no longer crash.

The only thing I can guess at is even though mulitsampling is more intensive on the card it somehow helps smooth out the stuff the card is reading. I am not a very technical person so forgive me if its a kind of crude discription.

I have never had this happen to me personally, but if it helps any.. I have 2x MSAA enabled in my config as well.

I had this problem so often with my gt240 that I simply could not play in the black shroud. Eventually, after trying every kind of driver wipe, rollback, update, etc. and tweaking every graphical setting to no avail, I bequeathed the 240 to my wife and got a gtx460. Now I can play there just fine, but it may also support the MSAA theory as I have that turned on thanks to the new card being able to handle it easily.

Same here. I hate Gridania because of this error ; ;

I'm rank44/level50 and didn't do my main story quests in GR yet because i'm afraid my game will crash again -.- I won't go there till SE said they fixed it.
