    [dev????] Anima Suggestion

    I'd like to propose that in light of the new NMs and them being scattered, to help players conserve anima by providing an NPC in each city that allows for teleportation in exchange for gil. This would allow players to conserve anima for when out in the world, and provide a much needed gil-sink for the game. Thoughts?

    Either that or pay gil to an NPC to recharge anima. But yes, there ought to be a gil-sink as far as travelling is concerned.

    I agree on this, there needs to be a gil sink.

    With high repair costs, introducing a really heavy sink on traveling might have a bad effect on casuals (most of which will probably solo most of the time)... though I would like to suggest this game have more 'progression-oriented' gil sinks introduced (i.e. item collection, faction rep items, etc.), something to build towards rather than have to deal with daily

    I think anima needs to be removed completely, and they should add airships, chocobos, better boats, and warp/teleport spells to players.

    Casuals (depending on your definition) may not have as much of an issue with Anima as the players who are more active on a daily basis doing crafting leve deliveries, mining, joining groups etc. Anima needs either:

    1) A faster regen rate, more like one and hour, not 6 every 24 hours or;
    2) A once a week total refresh, similar to FFXI when every Sunday was a refresh on conquest, etc.. or;
    3) A NPC to teleport you to camps you have been to before for a price, not using Anima at all;
    4) or what many would like to have is immediate alternate modes of transport since walking from Gridania to Uldah to catch a slow boat to Limsa just doesn't fit in the time tables some "casuals" may have being online.
