Real problem, account unregistered?

So I tried to log in today, like i've been able to for the past few days and i encounter this

I went ahead and hit next, said I already own an account and tried to log in as per usual, but this time my code doesn't work.

So I try to re register my code through the mog station and

It says i'm already registered, So i thought I needed a new code from an email but I have no new emails, any help out there?

Is the code you're trying to use the one you got for Early Access? You need to type in the code that came with the game itself. Early access was only valid for 24th->29th, you need to put in the actual game code to continue playing.

I just woke up to the same problem, I also tried to log into the main site and it says I have no characters created when I do and it shows my character in my forum profile when I created it. Any help would be nice.

I've started playing the game on saturday (the 24th) and the only problems i've had was logging in...till today, today i boot up the launcher and i get that welcome Screen aswell and now im like wtf? i have the same problem in the mogstation as well it says inactive im confused >.>

I feel this person's pain. I have been dealing with this for nearly a week now. Squeenix sent me multiple codes, the 20 digit alpha numerics are ALL invalid. The only one that gives a different message is the preorder code that i already entered but i figured wth might as well try that one too huh. Can't get in touch with SE and when I do get to the coveted number 1 spot on chat what happens? "Your chat session has been cancelled please try again later."

Only code I was sent by them was the early access code when I pre-ordered it from them. I kept all the emails and I am only finding a product code which is to short.

Someone told me I would get an email from some shady looking place but that never happened so I went to check my order status

Check your bank account and make sure they didn't cancel your order.

OMG i thank you! i found the proper code in my spam folder in my mailbox..why was it there i'll never know since its the same email as the other one i got it shouldn't be marked as spam >_<
